ENTRY SYSTEM UPDATE

Entry times have changed to 12 PM to 7 PM.  Call backs are 3 PM to 6 PM.  Day sheets will be up on the web Thursday AM.  Please call back if you see an error.  Official Day Sheets will go up on the WEB Friday after Call Backs. You can now enter rodeos from a computer thru an entry form located on ccpra.com under rodeo schedule.  Any entry changes after your web entry form must be done during phone entry hours.

Web entry times are 7 AM to 7 PM on rodeo entry day. NO SPLIT ENTRIES OR PERMITS ALLOWED ON ENTRY WEB FORM, these must be phoned in.  When entering thru the web your card number must be correct, currant & eligible; otherwise your entry will not be accepted.  Preference counts will be available on the web beginning at 6 PM
of entry day and updated every 15 minutes until 7 PM.

AS A MEMBER OF THIS ASSOCIATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE BI-MONTHLY NEWSPAPER CALLED THE "COMPETITOR NEWS', THIS PUBLICATION WILL GIVE YOU RODEO LISTINGS WITH DATES AND ENTRY TIMES. DUES MUST BE PAID THE MONDAY BEFORE ENTRIES OPEN OR POINTS WILL NOT COUNT. ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE EXCEPTED DURING PUBLISHED ENTRY TIMES. THE CCPRA OFFICE ACCEPTS MASTERCARD AND VISA FOR MEMBERSHIP DUES OR FINES. RODEO ENTRIES ARE ON TUESDAYS FROM 12 PM TO 7 P.M. CALL BACKS ARE ON THURSDAY FROM 3 P.M. TO 6 P.M. UNLESS ADVERTISED DIFFERENTLY. WE HAVE TWO PHONE LINES, ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED.

PERMITS PROCEDURES:

Any non-member may enter a CCPRA Rodeo by purchasing a "Day Permit" from the Rodeo Secretary during scheduled entry hours. Cost of permit is $30 per rodeo plus fees. Contestants may enter as many rodeos on a permit as needed. Points won on a permit do not count toward year-end awards. All Permit entrants must pay cash or money order for fees. Any person who is not on the delinquent or ineligible list may work any rodeo by purchasing a $30 permit plus fees. In order for any permit entry to be accepted, permit entries must either by guaranteed by a card holder or you must use a credit card to guarantee fees. At the rodeo, cash must be paid for your fees. Credit card is only used if you do not show up.

All contestants (including permits) will be drawn for position, mixing all priority. The draw for competition order will be done separately for each rodeo that weekend.

Co-Approval Rodeos: Remember when entering co-approved rodeo, you must follow their entry procedures and follow their association rules. As a member of the CCPRA, money won at co-approved rodeos will count toward
CCPRA Championship standing.
